The Only Chicken Marinade You Will Ever Use

First of all, this is a very extremely versitale recipe. The citrus juice is interchangeable. The spices are interchangeble. And the oil is 'kinda' interchangeable.

So here's the Master Recipe - 

1/4c lemon juice, fresh (can use any fresh citrus juice, I love Blood Orange)

1/4c pickle juice

1/2c Extra Virgin Olive Oil (I only use this)

5 garlic cloves, minced

1/2c fresh herbs, chopped (Rosemary is my favorite here)

1/2tsp chili flakes

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2tsp kosher salt

1) Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

2) Use an immersion blender to mixture everything until well incorporated

3) Place into a gallon zip-loc with chicken and marinate for 3-5 hours under refrigeration
